Mike, You should be able to find answers to most of your questions through the membership page of the website, http://louisvillerowingclub.org/membership.html. You will also find a member application there.

What is the best time to step by downtown boathouse and meet somebody to talk about joining the club? I was there during my lunch couple days ago but nobody else could be found. However I must say that you have a very nice boathouse.

I just moved to the area and thinking about joining your club but would like to find more info first.
